Upon activation, users receive 200 complimentary AI usage credits each month for the first year. These credits allow you to experience the AI features built into WisePen.
Important details:

👉 Credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next month.
👉 After the first year, continued access to AI features may require a membership subscription.

Although the device includes screen scanning capability, performance may be affected by screen resolution, brightness, and glare. Because digital displays emit light rather than reflect it like paper, results may differ from printed materials.
For improved accuracy, we recommend using the WisePen camera function to capture an image of the screen. The AI image recognition feature is typically more effective for digital content.
The WisePen AI Reader includes 200 free AI usage credits per month for the first year from the date the device is activated. After the first year, the complimentary credits expire, and continued access to the AI Chat and other AI features may require a membership subscription.
If your free credits have ended, you can purchase additional AI usage through the device.

Can the WisePen AI Reader be purchased using NDIS funding?
The WisePen AI Reader may be suitable for some NDIS participants who need support with reading, comprehension, communication or learning. Whether it can be purchased using NDIS funding depends on the participant’s individual circumstances, plan goals and whether the support is considered reasonable and necessary.
The WisePen may be relevant as assistive technology for participants who need help with text access, literacy support, language understanding or everyday communication tasks. Funding decisions are made on an individual basis, so approval is not guaranteed.
